Return Policy

Overview

At Candlessyhandmad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our hand-poured aromatic candles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused candles in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Conditions for Returns

To complete your return, we require the following:

  • The candle must be in its original packaging
  • The candle must be unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase or receipt
  • Your contact information and reason for return

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Candles that have been used or burned
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Custom or personalized orders, unless there is a defect
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@candlessyhandmad.world or use our contact form. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange the return of defective items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@candlessyhandmad.world and we will arrange the exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@candlessyhandmad.world.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
